LETSLOSEIT is a new fitness and nutritional program targeting clients who want to lose 30 pounds or more.
Designed by personal fitness and training specialist Cindy Braden, owner of Work 4 It fitness studio and private gym, the Let's Lose It program combines
- weight training
- cardiovascular exercises
- nutritional guidelines
for a comprehensive yet healthy approach to dramatic weight loss.
Small group classes meet three times a week for a series of 90-minute workouts that combine weight lifting and circuit training with cardio exercise including spin classes, running and other heart-pumping activities. In addition to the supervised workouts, clients are provided with a customized nutritional plan designed to help them meet their weight loss goals. While not a specific diet, the plan provides guidelines of what foods to eat, and when to eat them.
The results speak for themselves! Since the program began in February 2009, participants have seen dramatic successes.
